About the position
The Head Girls Soccer Coach at Cascade High School is responsible for leading the girls soccer program, ensuring the development of student-athletes, and promoting a positive and competitive environment. The coach will coordinate practices, contests, and the overall program while adhering to school district guidelines and budget constraints. The position requires a commitment to the growth of the program, including the integration of youth development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the girls soccer program at Cascade High School.
- Coordinate daily practices and contests.
- Ensure compliance with OSAA rules and regulations.
- Work within school district guidelines and budget.
- Utilize youth development programs to enhance the soccer program.
Requirements
- Must possess ASEP certification prior to 2007 or NFHS certification after 2007.
- Must provide evidence of being current on Steroid Training, Concussion, and Heat Management education.
- High School Coaching experience and soccer knowledge.
- Ability to work within school district guidelines and budget.
- Possess valid First Aid card.
- Availability for daily practices and contests.
- Must be able to be certified to drive a district van.
- Understanding of OSAA rules and regulations.
