About the position

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Residential Contractor to perform various general repairs and maintenance tasks for single-family rentals in the Tampa Bay area. This position offers flexible scheduling and pays up to $35 per hour, with compensation agreed upon per job. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior and exterior repairs, light plumbing, light electrical work, carpentry, drywall, painting, and fence work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general interior and exterior repairs on residential properties.
• Handle light plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.
• Conduct carpentry work, including drywall installation and repair.
• Paint and maintain the appearance of properties.
• Complete fence work and other outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Travel throughout the Tampa Bay market to service various job sites.
• Utilize an app to accept orders and document work with before and after photos.

Requirements

• Must have all necessary tools for the job.
• Must possess a ladder for various tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Must have a clean background and be able to pass a background check.
