The Handy Man will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and improvements in residential or commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on various systems and equipment.
• Perform minor electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after job completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, timelines, and any necessary follow-up.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance person services or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
