Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon, the world's largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS! Whether you're new to the industry or have years behind the chair…great opportunities await!! Come on board and help us elevate our clients' style and confidence. By joining our team, you'll be supporting a wide range of families. Our clientele is diverse, including a substantial number of men and women, as well as seniors and families with children. We offer competitive pay between $18 and $22 per hour, depending on your background, with potential earnings of around $30 per hour when tips are factored in.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of families by providing haircuts and styling services.
• Build genuine connections with customers.

• Work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to sharpen skills.

Requirements

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
• Passion to build genuine connections with customers.
• Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience.
• Ability to work with teammates.
