About The Position

We’re hiring a Pre K and Parent/Child Instructor to lead interactive, movement based classes for young children and their caregivers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on laughter, high fives, and building relationships with families in a fun, structured environment. At The Little Gym, learning is seriously fun. Our classes are designed to support children’s physical, social, and emotional growth while giving caregivers tools, confidence, and a sense of community. This is a part time position with a predictable daytime schedule and a positive, high energy work environment. With more than 300 locations across the globe, The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. Requirements

Experience working with young children and interacting confidently with adults
A larger than life personality that brings energy, warmth, and enthusiasm to every class
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a group with confidence and kindness
Dependable availability for weekday classes, Monday through Thursday and Saturday mornings.
A team player who values consistency, professionalism, and creating meaningful connections

Responsibilities

Lead engaging Parent Child and Pre K gymnastics classes that are playful, purposeful, and developmentally appropriate
Guide caregivers through activities while keeping little ones motivated, smiling, and moving
Create a welcoming atmosphere where families feel supported and excited to return each week
Use music, imagination, and movement to help children build confidence, coordination, and independence
Celebrate progress, effort, and every tiny victory along the way
