About the position

The Command Post employee at Raising Cane's River Center is responsible for managing the Guest Services desk in a part-time capacity. This role is crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction and safety during events, requiring a dependable and detail-oriented individual who can respond swiftly to various needs and emergencies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing questions, providing information, and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Maintain seamless communication with security, housekeeping, event staff, and operations to ensure event safety and efficiency.
  • Track and record event timelines, including door openings, closings, building security status, and incident response times.
  • Use an app to promptly report restroom and facility issues.
  • Collect lost and found items, ensuring all are logged and returned to Security at the end of each event.
  • Accurately record and report incidents or issues that arise during events.

Requirements

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong ability to remain calm, think quickly, and handle emergencies effectively.
