About the position

The Guest Service/Sales Associate at European Wax Center (EWC Growth) is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals. This role involves engaging with guests, providing recommendations on services and products, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Create a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring scripts and standard responses.
• Confirm each guest service and offer recommended add-on services.
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, refunds, and reservation requests.
• Educate guests on the benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and visually pleasant environment within the lobby and restrooms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Patience and good listening skills.
