About the position

As a Guest Experience Specialist at The Escape Game, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued, contributing to the overall mission of delivering EPIC interactive experiences. You will engage with guests, assist them throughout their visit, and ensure that their experience is seamless and enjoyable. This position requires a passion for customer service and a commitment to upholding the values of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide them with information about the escape games.
  • Assist guests with the booking process and answer any questions they may have.
  • Ensure that the game rooms are set up and ready for guests before each session.
  • Monitor the games and provide hints or assistance as needed during gameplay.
  • Gather feedback from guests to improve their experience and report it to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
