About the position

Serves as a central point of contact by greeting and assisting all individuals entering the campus to ensure the finest in hospitality and service is consistently provided from entry to exit. Responsible for greeting and wayfinding to patients, visitors, and vendors, and provide transport assistance from curbside to facility when needed. Enhances Hudson Hospital's customer service image by addressing the broad spectrum of needs, and/or concerns and completes in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Partners with hospital departments and leaders to deliver excellent service to patients, visitors, families, vendors, and staff with minimal supervision. Provides assistance in partnership with clinical staff and security, to maintain a safe and secure campus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist individuals entering the campus.
  • Provide wayfinding assistance to patients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Offer transport assistance from curbside to facility when needed.
  • Address customer service needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments and leaders to deliver excellent service.
  • Assist clinical staff and security to maintain a safe and secure campus.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous experience with multi-phone line system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with electronic medical records
