About the position

The Guest Experience Manager at CAVA plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests while supporting daily restaurant operations. This position involves leading and developing team members, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and overseeing food and beverage management. The ideal candidate will be passionate, hardworking, and capable of coaching a team to success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety & quality standards
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in a restaurant or customer service environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage food safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in food and beverage management
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Previous experience in a managerial role
