About the position

The Guest Experience Lead (GEL) position at McDonald's is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role focuses on creating positive experiences for guests by assisting them during their visit, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. The GEL will work flexible hours, primarily between 8 am and 8 pm, and will have opportunities for personal and professional growth through various educational programs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
  • Offer help with using the ordering kiosks.
  • Assist guests who need extra hands.
  • Check with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
  • Handle any customer concerns.
  • Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
