About the position
The Guest Experience Director at Union Church is responsible for leading and developing volunteer teams to ensure that all worship experiences are executed with excellence. This role involves recruiting, equipping, and pastoring Campus Dream Team Coaches and Team Leaders, while also creating and maintaining strategies that align with the church's culture and vision. The position plays a crucial role in the overall leadership of the campus and supports the church's mission to unite people to purpose.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall leadership of the campus.
- Invest and develop volunteer leaders and teams.
- Ensure all worship experiences are carried out with excellence.
- Oversee teams including host, greeters, parking, safety, prayer, stewardship, and events.
Requirements
- High-level communication and relational strengths.
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure.
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Management experience.
- Experience working or high-level volunteering for a church/non-profit.
- Proficient in Google Drive Suite.
