About the position
The Guest Ambassador/Guest Service Agent role is focused on providing exceptional service to guests at a campus location. The position involves greeting visitors, managing access through card scanning, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon entry.
- Scan cards, visitor QR codes, or alumni for campus access.
- Promote and provide the best experience for internal and external guests.
- Answer questions and offer information to guests.
- Demonstrate proper safety practices and uphold department standards.
- Assist guests courteously and efficiently.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in product demos is a plus.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and walk long distances.

- Multilingual skills are a plus.
