About the position

The Guest Ambassador/Guest Service Agent role is focused on providing exceptional service to guests at a campus location. The position involves greeting visitors, managing access through card scanning, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The role requires a strong emphasis on customer service, reliability, and adherence to safety practices.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests upon entry.
  • Scan cards, visitor QR codes, or alumni for campus access.
  • Promote and provide the best experience for internal and external guests.
  • Answer questions and offer information to guests.
  • Demonstrate proper safety practices and uphold department standards.
  • Assist guests courteously and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in product demos is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and walk long distances.

Nice-to-haves

  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
