Our AI start-up client is building its go-to-market function for the first time, following the recent hires of Head of Sales and Customer Success and Head of Marketing. The People team needs a dedicated recruiter to own all GTM hiring. This role offers zero-to-one build, high autonomy, and direct interface with senior marketing and CS leaders. This is a six-month contract to hire role, with the potential for conversion sooner than six months. The client is located in Redwood City, and to be considered for Full-Time conversion, you will need to be on-site at least three days a week. The functional priority for hiring is Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
