About The Position

Join Synmatch AI's client as a GTM Data Specialist where you'll help launch their service - bringing proven outbound and data expertise to market as a premium service. You'll build systems, optimize processes, and create lead generation workflows that deliver exceptional quality beyond traditional database approaches. Our client seeks someone who doesn't just pull data but builds intelligent systems, thinks strategically, and optimizes continuously. You'll combine IT and AI expertise to create sophisticated lead generation infrastructure using cutting-edge tools and methodologies while working in a 100% remote environment with fast decision-making processes. This role offers direct impact on revenue and client projects where you'll help establish a new service area and become an absolute expert in AI-powered lead generation and GTM engineering. You'll work closely with sales and outbound teams to deliver results that exceed traditional research approaches.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication skills in German.
• Experience with Clay, TexAu, or freckle for advanced lead generation and data processing
• Preferred experience with LinkedIn automation, Apify, and web scraping technologies
• Strong grasp of data structures, automation principles, and system optimization
• Basic technical understanding including APIs, and ideally JavaScript or Python fundamentals
• Understanding of job titles, industries, and companies to inform intelligent data collection and identify valuable data points
• Ideally experienced in B2B or SaaS environments with understanding of lead generation challenges
• Reliable, organized, and structured working approach with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies (training provided for specific tools)

Responsibilities

• Build Lead Systems: Construct and optimize lead lists using advanced tools like Clay and sophisticated data workflows
• Combine Data Sources: Integrate multiple data sources including LinkedIn, websites, APIs, and web scraping for comprehensive lead intelligence
• Develop Workflows: Create automated workflows for lead enrichment, qualification, and quality enhancement
• Test and Optimize: Continuously test new methods to generate better, more precise leads and improve conversion rates
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales and outbound teams to align lead generation with revenue objectives
• System Architecture: Build scalable, intelligent lead generation systems rather than manual research processes.
