About The Position

Cryptio is the leading enterprise-grade financial data transformation and digital asset ERP platform for accounting, financial reporting, tokenization compliance, and loan management solutions. It is a complete back and middle-office platform that delivers financial integrity and accountability for businesses in crypto. Its platform allows users to transform on-chain and off-chain crypto activity into auditable records for accounting, treasury, tax filings, license applications, loans activity, and regulatory reporting. Having recently announced our $45m series B, now couldn't be a better time to join! Cryptio is building the ERP infrastructure for digital assets. We help teams like Circle, Gemini, and Societe Generale manage their digital asset accounting, reporting, and compliance. We're growing fast, and we're building the GTM team to match.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years in sales, BD, partnerships, or a GTM role
  • Worked somewhere with real commercial pressure and measurable targets
  • Crypto-native or deeply passionate about digital assets
  • Love building relationships with individuals, not just organisations
  • Comfortable with high autonomy and figuring things out as you go
  • Use AI tools regularly and get excited about what they unlock

Nice To Haves

  • You're a strong relationship builder with commercial instincts.
  • You've probably been in sales or BD and you're good at it, but you want to build something rather than chase a number every month.
  • You're organised. You think in systems. You follow through.
  • You genuinely love crypto. Not as a buzzword. You follow the space, you understand the players, and you can hold your own in a conversation with a BitGo or Anchorage salesperson.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day relationships with our partner network (custodians, exchanges, accounting firms, staking providers, and more)
  • Get embedded with partner sales teams and become genuinely top of mind
  • Build the CRM, the sequencing, the outreach, the cadence — the whole engine
  • Track partner performance and make it visible across the business
  • Work with marketing on joint campaigns, events, and content
  • Help develop new partnership verticals as we grow
  • Show up at industry events and become a recognisable face in the ecosystem
