About The Position

This hourly role follows the Scotts/Hawthorne step pay progression scale and typically starts at $26.05 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. In this role you will ensure the customer shipping schedule is obtained and review the following shifts and lend help as needed. Direct our distribution associates to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance. Work with the packaging department to produce great product quality as well as ensure 100% packaging uptime associated with the distribution center. Utilize SAP to monitor inventory and quality; make adjustments when required. Troubleshoots problems and helps Associates when issues arise and acts as a liaison with the Shift Supervisor and other warehouse teams. Monitor's data within SAP and works with the Warehouse Team to make adjustments. Reports any inbound material shortages or discrepancies to all internal stakeholders. Prepares all necessary paperwork as it relates to creating orders, picking tickets, master BOL, supply and demand reports and return to vendor orders. Train and develop associates in surge and loading procedures as well as customer specific requirements.
