About The Position

Red Coats, Inc., one of the largest cleaning companies, is hiring personnel for the DOWNTOWN TAMPA area. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team PART-TIME!

Requirements

• MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
• Must eligible to work in the United States.
• MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH & SPANISH).
• Must be able to PASS A BACKGROUND SCREENING.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• The Porter is responsible for ensuring the garage and building are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
• General Cleaning responsibilities inside the building
• Ensure garages and surface lots are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
• Responsible for general maintenance of the garage and surface lots – sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Great customer service
• Attention to detail
