Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests at the reception desk.
- Manage appointments and scheduling for dog services.
- Promote and sell services and products offered by Citydog! Club.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and H Lounge.
- Provide an irresistible experience for each member and their pets.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the pet care industry.
