About the position

The GRC Practice Architect II at TEKsystems Global Services is a leadership role responsible for managing multiple consulting and delivery projects, focusing on risk and compliance. This position requires expertise in audit, compliance, and risk governance, and involves significant interaction with clients, particularly at the CXO level. The architect will oversee project planning, resource management, and ensure adherence to compliance programs while driving positive change and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple consulting and delivery projects and account teams/programs.
• Provide consulting and delivery assurance of services for clients in areas such as Consulting, Account Interaction, Service Delivery, and Practice Delivery.
• Develop organizational capability for audit, compliance, and risk governance.
• Execute an audit management control framework inclusive of data governance and compliance processes.
• Support integration between the IT organization and audit functions.
• Negotiate audit issues with Internal Audit to influence final audit report ratings.
• Write and develop Management Action Plans.
• Plan projects for compliance issues, including audits.
• Conduct cybersecurity reviews and generate recommendations to improve cybersecurity posture.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years' experience in information technology and/or professional services with subject matter expertise.
• Experience in delivering projects/programs and managing client professional services agreements.
• Frequent interactions with external customers at the Director level or above, with established consulting and interpersonal skills.
• 10+ years in IT service management/project management with oversight in a professional services environment.

• Experience in secure systems design and analysis in support of Network and Secure Operations.
