About the position

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team, who will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in illustrative design and typography, particularly for large format print jobs. This role involves collaboration with various team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution and adherence to branding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Creates print materials such as brochures, flyers, cut sheets, posters, and banners.
• Implements UI/UX strategies to improve user interaction across digital products.
• Ensures all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Provides design support for presentations, proposals, and other business development activities.
• Works closely with graphic designers, content writers, multimedia specialists, social media managers, and campaign managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution and digital and print experiences.
• Utilizes graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate marketing or communications team.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Design, or a related field such as visual communication or visual marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging designs for both digital and print media.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma.
