Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of related education or job experience
  • Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing layout skills, typography and creativity
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics
  • Able to create engaging, interesting content that accurately represents the MTM brand
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and timeliness
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Be the daily point of contact for an assigned caseload of guests, playing a vital role in their journey toward stability and empowerment.
  • Assess the unique needs and barriers that led each guest to seek shelter, enabling you to assist them in achieving their daily, weekly, and long-term life goals through personalized action plans.
  • Provide spiritual support, guidance, and encouragement, helping guests navigate their challenges while fostering a sense of dignity and hope.
  • Collaborate with your team to facilitate referrals for guests interested in volunteer opportunities and transitional housing, ensuring they receive the comprehensive support necessary for a successful transition to independent living.
