About the position

We want you to join our team as a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography for large format print jobs. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

  • Creates print materials such as brochures, flyers, cut sheets, posters, and banners
  • Implement UI/UX strategies to improve user interaction across digital products.
  • Ensures all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity
  • Provides design support for presentations, proposals, and other business development activities
  • Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, multimedia specialists, social media managers, and campaign managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution and digital and print experiences.
  • Utilizes graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate marketing or communications team
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Digital Design or related field such as visual communication, or visual marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging designs for both digital and print media
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva, and Figma
