The Graduate Assistant supports the Registrar’s Office by providing administrative assistance, processing routine student and faculty requests, and assisting with office operations and event preparation. This role involves working extensively with data and the Ellucian Colleague records management system. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. The Registrar’s Office and Academic Affairs Office require discretion, as the GA will often be asked to work with confidential records and information and could be privy to private conversations regarding students and faculty. Absolute confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
