As a Golf Starter/Marshal, you are to welcome all members and guests and are ultimately responsible for the pace of play on any given day. You will ensure proper tee time sequence throughout the day, obtain a copy of the tee sheet for both starters and marshals, and obtain two-way radios. You will ensure that members and their guests adhere to their assigned tee times based on the tee sheet, record cart numbers and turn times at all times, and monitor the pace of play according to the schedule. If a group is out of position, you will notify them and intervene by notifying the pro shop. Additionally, you will assist member service with pulling out carts and putting them away, and monitor the driving range to ensure range balls are stacked and available to members and guests.
