The company is experiencing rapid growth and requires robust systems to support this expansion, focusing on building the outbound engine, sales infrastructure, and automation stack to fill and manage the sales pipeline. This role is for the first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer for SIMBA. The engineer will be responsible for building and owning the technical systems that drive the outbound sales motion. This includes lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM architecture, and large-scale AI-powered personalization. It is a purely infrastructure and systems-focused role, ensuring prospects receive the right message at the right time and that the Sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and data for closing deals. The ideal candidate has experience building outbound systems from scratch, is proficient with tools like Clay and Apollo, and focuses on pipeline influence as a key performance metric.
