Join OTG as a General Manager of Inventory Planning & Management at EWR Airport and drive a new type of hospitality. The General Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all Ordering, Inventory Management, and Product Logistics in the assigned airport. This role includes managing the purchasing/inventory/logistics team and using analytics to evaluate effectiveness by measuring inventory levels, reducing waste, and overall reduction in COGs. Tactical emphasis is on accurate daily/weekly ordering, inventory management, workforce planning, coaching, and training. Performance metrics include ordering accuracy, inventory accuracy, staffing utilization, and financial performance.
