Labcorp is seeking a remote Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team. This role serves as the key contact for clients, acting as a liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp. The Global Study Manager will ensure successful interactions between Labcorp study team members to provide seamless study delivery to the client. This includes providing project management oversight, focusing on key client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management. The role also facilitates communications between the client and the extended Labcorp study team, including the Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator. A key responsibility is performing a review of the Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure quality implementation of client specifics and requirements. The Global Study Manager will manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities and act as an ambassador on behalf of the client within Labcorp Central Labs and across Labcorp business units, exemplifying outstanding, personalized customer service. The role involves working with appropriate internal and external personnel to understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clients, participating in functional meetings, and providing input to keep processes up to date. The position requires compliance with the Central Labs Global Project Management strategy and support for a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
