About the position

The Global Services Product Manager for Configuration & Deployment at HP Inc. is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and governance of product support and solution portfolios throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures alignment with pricing strategies and seamless service delivery while collaborating globally to innovate services and solutions that meet customer demands and drive profitable growth. The manager analyzes business performance to identify areas for improvement and establishes service level agreements to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan product support or solution portfolios throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate across regions and global teams to implement innovative services and solutions that address customer and market demands.
  • Leverage service data to drive increased sales opportunities and business growth.
  • Represent services within product or solution portfolio core teams and incorporate service requirements into product development stages.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify root causes and formulate recommendations for business performance enhancements.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with significant impact on the services business.
  • Establish and manage service level agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare marketing materials to support customer account teams and enhance customer engagement.
  • Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to lead complex projects and resolve business issues.
  • Develop productive internal/external working relationships and mentor lower-level employees.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of work experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, or business planning.
