About the position

The Global Mobility Coordinator at Samsung is responsible for providing essential administrative support to global mobility program participants and business travelers. This role ensures smooth transitions for employees on international assignments by coordinating tasks such as visa applications, fleet management, payroll data updates, invoice management, and maintaining employee data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of global HR practices, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely data and reports to Human Resources leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Provide daily administrative support for business travelers and global mobility program participants.
  • Assist in coordinating visa applications and support the immigration process in collaboration with legal and HR teams.
  • Ensure accurate submission of the assignee's payroll data and maintain up-to-date employee records related to mobility assignments.
  • Arrange international travel logistics, including corporate housing, transportation, and SIM card assignments, and registration of parking decals.
  • Assist with managing relationships with third-party vendors, processing invoices, and maintaining consistency with company business travel policies.
  • Oversee the leased fleet by managing direct leasing processes, collaborating with dealerships, supporting vehicle maintenance and upkeep, and ensuring compliance with company automotive policy.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for general inquiries from employees and managers regarding company business travel policies and processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support process improvements, manage workload, and assist colleagues where needed.
  • Update and manage employee data relevant to mobility assignments, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of global HR practices.
  • Fluent in Korean.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
