About the position

Mirakl Ads is an innovative Retail Media solution designed to help businesses monetize their eCommerce traffic across marketplace and first-party offerings. By leveraging Mirakl’s deep expertise in eCommerce, product data management, and conversion optimization, our solution drives revenue growth and enhances profitability for retailers, advertisers, and marketplace sellers. As Global Leader of Ads Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships that accelerate the global adoption of Mirakl Ads. You will develop and execute a partner strategy to expand Mirakl’s leadership in retail media, working closely with agencies, technology partners, and consulting firms. This role is an opportunity to shape the future of Mirakl Ads by building a high-impact global partner ecosystem that fuels growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Mirakl’s global Ads partnership strategy, managing relationships with key strategic partners (agencies, DSPs, ad tech partners, and consulting firms).
  • Identify and onboard new partners, driving revenue growth and expanding Mirakl Ads' market presence.
  • Embed Mirakl Ads within partner ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration into their commerce and digital experience solutions.
  • Own revenue targets and KPIs, tracking and optimizing performance across strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Mirakl’s Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive joint business development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, working closely with Mirakl Marketing to drive demand through co-branded campaigns.
  • Influence and engage all levels of partner organizations, from senior executives to operational teams, to deepen collaboration and maximize value.
  • Foster a culture of partnership between Mirakl Ads Sales and strategic partners, ensuring alignment on sales initiatives and joint opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, business development, or sales, with a focus on Retail Media, Ad Tech, or Digital Commerce.
  • A proven track record of building high-impact strategic partnerships that drive substantial revenue growth.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and strategic thinking skills, balancing long-term vision with tactical execution.
  • A team-first mentality, with a collaborative, creative approach to solving complex business challenges.
  • Fluency in French is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.
