About the position

Lenovo's Services and Solutions group (SSG) is seeking a Global Demand Generation Manager, who will be responsible for transforming Lenovo's business and shaping the future of the company. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven global B2B marketer with a proven track record of driving demand from strategy to activation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has worked in a large corporation with various stakeholders and who knows how to run growth campaigns. In conjunction with our campaigns manager, this person will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth. In this role, you will lead the demand generation efforts, overseeing all aspects of campaign development, performance tracking, and optimizing the buyer's journey. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation, inbound and outbound marketing strategies, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed to be a part of Lenovo's evolution into a world-leading technology solutions & services company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs to generate leads and increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target accounts.
  • Build and manage effective lead generation campaigns to attract and capture qualified leads.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and generate reports.
  • Work closely with the Geo sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, tools, and trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, ideally in the technology services space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies that result in measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and employing tactics across paid advertising, social, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how to tailor demand gen efforts to meet specific stages of the funnel.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and outstanding time management skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Digital Marketing Tools, & More.
