About The Position

The Global Compensation Specialist supports the Global Compensation Team in daily tasks to support the customer, client partner, and supplier partner experience. This is a full-time temporary position estimated to continue through 9/30/26 with an option to extend based on projected volume. The position is located in the Frisco office with 5 days/week in office required during the initial training period, moving to hybrid upon completion of training (3 days in office, 2 days working from home).

Requirements

  • High School diploma or combination of equivalent experience, skills, training, and education required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an accounting environment in accounts payable or payroll; some mobility or relocation accounting experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of business processes, policies, and an audit program
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze errors and identify appropriate solutions
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) able to demonstrate an ability to clearly articulate relevant facts to management and both internal and external contacts
  • Communicates and works effectively with peers in the department
  • Professional, service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to follow instructions, including a strong adherence to making and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated discretion and in matters of significance to our clients
  • Ability to deal with highly personal, confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality review support in the production of cost estimates.
  • Administer Certificate of Coverage applications as required and oversee applications for extended international assignments.
  • Coordinate tax equalization tracking and collection activities.
  • Submit and drive the timely payment of foreign taxes as requested by tax providers.
  • Assist in the process of global compensation collection by sending requests, tracking reported transactions, and providing first level audit of data.
  • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
