Corpay is currently looking to hire an Global Client Engagement Manager within our Global Client Engagement division. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in Thousand Oaks, California. In this role, you will responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client implementations across Corpay’s digital payments and FX solutions. This role sits at the center of execution, owning projects from initial solution design through to go live and into early lifecycle support. Operating within a cross regional and cross functional environment, this role requires strong commercial awareness, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate client requirements into scalable, workable solutions across various channels including API, file and platform. This position plays a critical role in enabling revenue generation and long-term client retention by ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with client expectations. Success in this role relies on proactive ownership, effective stakeholder management and the ability to navigate internal complexity without exposing this to the client. You will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Engagement and regularly collaborate with the payments team.
