About the Team The Client Account Services (CAS) group is responsible for providing ongoing servicing for Institutional clients invested in separate accounts, sub advised, and proprietary TRP products. The group is accountable for leading, managing and influencing the execution of cross functional client requests. This requires liaising between all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation and operational requirements are fulfilled. The group is regionally focused but from time to time is required to support other regions, according to demand and regional team capacity. The team proactively identifies and addresses all client operational needs, offering and developing solutions to optimize the client experience. We strive to have deep engagements across the client experience and look for opportunities to grow and support these engagements. We make every effort to provide a supportive and engaging culture that allows our employees to feel challenged, engaged and valued.
