About the position

Responsibilities
- Support international shipment activities in the Capacity Management Center (CMC).
- Coordinate the movement of Small Package Worldwide Express Freight, Three Day Select, Postal, Freight Forwarding and Air Cargo products.
- Support the booking, tracking, and claims processing for Air Cargo.
- Check cargo space availability and respond to customer service issues.
- Evaluate customer contact performance.
Requirements
- Freight, Cargo or USPS knowledge - Preferred.
- Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job - Required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
