The Global Brand Marketing team defines the soul of the brand—crafting what it stands for and charting the strategic vision that drives enduring brand demand, growth, and loyalty. This function is organized by product category to identify, understand, and shape end-user messaging while building equity strategies, campaigns, customer experiences (CX), and big ideas that are relevant, creative, and compelling. The CRAFTSMAN Global Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day brand marketing needs of new product developments and global brand initiatives. Products and initiatives will be developed in alignment with global brand strategies, defined within a marketing playbook, and implemented by regional execution teams. The Global Brand Manager will also support long-term strategic planning for the CRAFTSMAN brand under the guidance of senior global marketing leaders, including future product/category innovation, growth opportunities, retail partnerships, and sponsorship strategies. We are seeking an enthusiastic, out-of-the-box thinker who is proactive and eager to identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive collaboration cross-functionally with Category Management, Product Management, our Internal Agency (Studio), Insights, Regional Brand Teams (U.S. and Canada), and Digital Marketing teams to deliver strategic and creative marketing solutions.
