About the position

The position at Suntory Global Spirits involves providing global brand strategy guidance and governance to ensure effective marketing execution across various markets. The role focuses on product commercialization, brand planning, and new product development, while managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide global brand strategy guidance and brand governance information to markets' Brand and Commercial Marketing teams.
  • Develop product commercialization materials to support effective and consistent execution of new launches globally.
  • Work with the Global Brand Director to develop and sign-off on the Brand's 3 and 12-Year Growth plans.
  • Lead the next generation evolution of the pipelines with Innovation Teams, bringing strategic point-of-view and brand-centric thinking.
  • Drive new product development and campaign execution, including go-to-market strategy and asset/programming creation.
  • Assist with strategic and annual brand planning processes by leading key elements of the plan.
  • Own budget management and forecasting process, including ROI evaluation of new and existing initiatives.
  • Lead creative briefing, creative reviews, agency management, and a cross-functional team in developing final plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in consumer marketing, including managing the creative brand building and innovation process.
  • Experience in partnering with sales & commercial teams to align marketing strategy to commercial goals.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Experience in building and growing premium or mainstream brands.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Digital content development experience.
  • Experience working with supply chain to understand tradeoffs.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a salary range of $155,418 - $173,000 per year.
