Amex GBT Egencia is revolutionizing corporate travel program management and is in search of a professional services expert to lead our corporate travel initiatives within global accounts. The Global Account Manager (GAM) will engage with both new and established corporate clients in AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM markets. Building positive relationships with our global customers, the GAM will tailor solutions to meet their diverse travel needs. This role demands expertise in contract negotiations, sales, and account management, coupled with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients. Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with a keen awareness of market trends and their impact on business travel requirements. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM travel markets, as well as a thorough understanding of our products and services. Representing the agency’s brand, the global account manager will deliver compelling presentations to clients at various organizational levels. This role calls for a proactive collaborator with high energy, integrity, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
