About the position

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology solutions including engineered systems, radio frequency (RF) components and RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and quick-turn and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (PCBs). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop manufacturing services enable customers to shorten the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. The Global Account Manager sells TTM Technologies products and maintains relationships as the primary contact with assigned existing key global/international Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) partners. This position is located in Florida and is a full-time role requiring global travel. The GAM will work with all disciplines globally within their accounts and TTM including management, Purchasing, Global Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Quoting Centers in support of the business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on open quotes and business opportunities for TTM's full product portfolio
  • Monitor the performance levels of TTM and work with the site level management to drive improvement if needed
  • Work with the TTM support teams on negotiation spreadsheets, conducting research in preparation for QBRs and other activities
  • Participate in negotiations and QBRs at the customer's designated site
  • Develop and present strategic plans for growth
  • Provide communications and guidance to TTM divisions in support of the customer's initiatives and expectations
  • Provide monthly updates and detail regarding controlled business
  • Support any special projects or programs assigned by TTM management
  • Manage Customer Information and opportunities in CRM

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree plus 5 years of experience in sales or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Printed Circuit and/or Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) processing and materials
  • Ability to manage in conflict situations with internal and external customers
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to read, write and understand the English language
  • Strong proficiency with working knowledge of Windows Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Dynamics CRM
  • Available for travel (25% to 50%) and extended stay away from home

Nice-to-haves

  • A technical background is encouraged
  • International experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 140001 standards is preferred
