About The Position
Join our team as a Gift Shop Associate and help create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest who visits. In this role, you’ll support daily retail operations, assist visitors with questions and purchases, and help maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment. You’ll also have opportunities to support VIP guest experiences and contribute to an exceptional visitor experience overall. We are currently hiring full-time and part-time associates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or tourism environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to visitors and internal guests.
- Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain gift shop appearance by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays remain clean and visually appealing.
- Assist with visitor inquiries, recommendations, and overall guest experience support.
- Support VIP guest visits and special events as needed.
