We're looking for a sharp, highly organised German-Speaking Executive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO and co-owner directly — on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week. This is a role for someone who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the person the CEO relies on to keep her world organised — managing her calendar, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You won't just be completing tasks; you'll be anticipating needs, thinking ahead, and acting as a trusted right hand. Fluent, professional German is essential — this is a German-speaking executive and environment. Strong English is equally important.
