Requirements

Completed Higher Education;
Experience in sales and team leadership;
Knowledge of basic office package;
Basic knowledge of financial mathematics;
Sales techniques

Responsibilities

Meet volume, discount, and additional revenue targets through constant sales monitoring and sales process oversight.
Identify the need for promotional actions through market analysis, and monitor and control their execution.
Develop commercial partners to facilitate trade-ins during the sales process within the commercial policy determined by the division, through knowledge of the local market and identification of business expansion possibilities.
Ensure that car yard time does not exceed the stipulated deadline by managing inventory to guarantee its integrity and creating differentiated actions prioritizing the sale of cars with the longest yard time (FIFO).
Represent the Seminovos brand in its area of operation, acting as a multiplier of Localiza's standards and processes for the team.
Ensure the quality and integrity of negotiations carried out by the sales team through their management.
Maintain company assets by ensuring the store's infrastructure, equipment, visual merchandising, and in-store displays are within the standards established by Localiza Seminovos.
Monitor and authorize store payments within the established deadlines by reviewing and controlling payment-related activities.
Ensure that tactical-operational decision-making processes comply with legal requirements and are in line with internal norms, through actions aligned with legal premises, promoting integrity among the team, and reporting possible deviations.
