About the position

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll get to make a difference in a fast-paced, automated distribution center. This position offers the opportunity to earn up to $19.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits plan that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), annual merit increases, and more! Additionally, there are opportunities to earn extra pay through our Incentive pay program and participate in our monthly bonus program. Available shifts include 2nd Shift (Wednesday to Friday, 5pm to 5:30am), 3rd Shift (Sunday to Tuesday, 5pm to 5:30am), and 4th Shift (Saturday to Monday, 5am to 5:30pm), each consisting of 12-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who can contribute to our team and uphold our standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work safely, quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate processing, packing, loading, and shipping of freight in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and handling freight.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
