About the position

In this role, you will co-develop and execute project plans, understand project specifications, manage billing, and schedule projects alongside the project manager. You will lead teams, manage work, and oversee projects while monitoring cost control, quality, and productivity. A key responsibility will be ensuring that all workers supporting the project are properly trained on the Company Health & Safety Standards and adhere to these requirements at all times. You will also ensure compliance with all environmental, compliance, and human resources policies, working closely with the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute project plans with the project manager.
• Lead teams and manage work and projects.
• Monitor cost control, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure all workers are trained on Company Health & Safety Standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, compliance, and human resources policies.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Skilled in running all aspects of civil and heavy highway construction.
• Knowledgeable of agencies' specifications, plans, billing, and project schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
