About the position

The General Sales Manager at HOTWORX is responsible for leading the sales team and driving membership sales in a 24-hour infrared fitness studio. This role focuses on community outreach, promotions, and providing excellent customer service to enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
  • Lead and motivate the membership sales team to achieve personal sales goals.
  • Conduct community outreach, promotions, and events to grow the member base.
  • Utilize phone, texting, and email outreach to generate guest traffic and membership sales.
  • Leverage social media to create engagement and brand awareness.
  • Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining relationships with members and guests.
  • Manage and maintain the facility, equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Perform various tasks to ensure a successful sales staff.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Strong interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals.
  • Ability to lead a healthy lifestyle and a personal passion for fitness.
  • Strong knowledge of social media for advertising and promoting the brand.
  • Analytical skills for assessing marketing efforts and sales performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
