Responsibilities

• Using tools and equipment such as knives, scissors, saws, scales, and other specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Skinning, trimming, sorting, hanging, and inspecting carcasses and other edible offal products.
• Loading product into machines, packaging, boxing, labeling, and scaling of product.
• Performing routine tasks that include standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, and twisting while using hands and arms for gripping and grasping.
• Lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects as part of physical activities.
• Following general workplace safety procedures and policies while wearing required personal protective equipment.
