Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level non-skilled general labor tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with Tyson policies and procedures.
• Work in various departments including beef, pork, and ground beef.
• Handle materials and perform receiving tasks as required.
• Lift and pull weights up to 40 pounds, with some positions requiring lifting 70 pounds or more.
• Stand for 8 to 12 hours per day in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 38 to 42 degrees.
• Work with knives and wear proper safety equipment when required.
• Be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
