Responsibilities

  • Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers.
  • Generate weekly schedules to ensure the restaurant has adequate capacity for a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive family culture for employees and customers through coaching and hiring the right fit applicants.
  • Oversee and participate in routine ordering and inventory practices to maintain sufficient product levels.
  • Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
  • Adapt to various situations to support your team's abilities in meeting customer needs.
  • Help diffuse and resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly.
  • Execute marketing plans on time and accurately to build repeat customer visits.
  • Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager and take action to solve problems as necessary.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers to enhance quality of life.

Requirements

  • Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development.
  • Strong people-oriented relationship skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare food.
  • Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with an adequate driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check and must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
