Responsibilities
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers.
- Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity.
- Maintain a positive family culture for employees and customers through coaching and hiring.
- Oversee routine ordering and inventory practices to maintain product levels.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the restaurant by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
- Adapt to various situations to support team abilities in meeting customer needs.
- Help diffuse and resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns.
- Execute marketing plans on time to build repeat customer visits.
- Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager and take action to solve problems.
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

Requirements
- Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare food.
- Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in scheduled shifts.
- 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education.
- Valid driver's license and insurance with an adequate driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities.
- Satisfactory completion of a background check and must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
